What countries does QESHANI send to?
QESHANI delivers to all GCC countries Within the framework of the following policies:
– State of Kuwait: 2,500 Kuwaiti dinars (1 day - 3 days).
- Gulf Cooperation Council countries: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and the UAE: the first half a kilo is 6.500 KD (1 day - 3 days)
How are my items shipped?
With the utmost care. We personally pack each order by hand at our warehouse facility. We partner with reputable logistics service providers who diligently handle the delivery process and bring your shipment straight to your doorstep in a safe and timely manner.
What happens if I am not home to collect my shipment?
do not worry. Our logistics partners will leave a notice of their arrival at your home and call you to inform you that the package is available. If they can't reach you, you will receive a notice explaining how you can collect your package. Unless otherwise specified, you can usually pick up your package at the courier warehouse closest to the shipping address. You can always call the number provided in the notice in case you have any further questions.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within (3 to 7) business days. We will contact you in the event of a delay due to circumstances beyond our control.
How do I track and determine the status of my orders?
A tracking link will be sent to the shipment if you wish to track the status of your order.
What if I lose my order in transit?
Although we have set high expectations for our activities at QESHANI and have a reliable and diligent team, sometimes there may be unexpected errors. If an issue such as a missing shipment appears, contact our customer support team immediately and they will resolve the issue for you ASAP.
Can I personally collect the items I have ordered?
We always bring your products directly to you At QESHANI, we like to offer you high quality products with minimal work on your part, so we do not currently offer self-picking options. We have a simplified delivery process controlled by world-class logistics providers, our main goal is to deliver products to our customers quickly and safely while avoiding all unnecessary problems.
