Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but we understand if the product ordered does not meet your expectations, and we want you to be sure that we are doing everything we can to ensure that the product you ordered arrives straight away and in perfect condition.

2- Replacement Policy

  • In the event that you receive a wrong or incomplete product: there is a possibility of replacement or refund of the amount paid.

  • If the product is missing or damaged: Please contact us via e-mail.

  • Refund and exchange will be determined  Depending on each case.

  • All products that are missing or replaced due to being damaged will be re-sent to you by registered official airmail and by recognized shipping companies only. Please note this in advance.

  • If the errors are caused by the company delivering the product: there will be compensation from the delivery company.

All additional shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

  • The first shipping cost that was paid is not refundable.

  • If the cost of the canceled order is more than $100, there will be a 10% cancellation fee

  • After your order has been shipped, some minor deformation or damage to the contents may occur as a result of customs procedures and deliveries, such as small scratches or deformation of the package, etc. In this case, there is no exchange or refund  Available only if the contents of this package are unusable.

Note:

  • If your product is damaged, we will proceed with the exchange after checking the picture and the condition of the product you received. Please do not send in products until your order has been reviewed.

  • The refund or exchange process for damaged products will be different depending on each case, such as distance and country

To ensure yourself, and get a proper solution, please save the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items to be checked by us.

  • We will verify all the elements that were to return it they are corrupted or damaged and if not found any discrepancies, we reserve the right to refuse a refund of your payment, and we will ask you to recover our fees and our expenses.

3 - Out of storage 

Sometimes, after an order is placed, some items may be out of stock, sold out, or no longer available. If these things happen after the order has already been submitted: the cost of these items sold will be returned automatically. (If there is no request from the customer to cancel the entire order, the products will be shipped, excluding the products in stock and selected in the same order)

The amount will be returned to the balance of the payment method you used for payment. (To credit card balance or Knet)

3 - Refund 

We want Dunya to have friendly and trustworthy relationships with our customers, and to achieve this, a refund policy has been established that protects both sides

1- Credit Card: 

The amount paid by credit card can be refunded boldly (partial refund) or full (as a cancellation of the payment).

The amount paid can be returned to your insurance card account directly if a refund is requested within one or two days after completing the payment process.

In the event that a refund is requested after this period  The refund amount will be credited to the customer's account related to the credit card that was used for payment in the following month. The period of delivery of refunds to the credit card depends on the amount of the refund, the company of the insurance card and some other factors  It may take up to 30 days for it to appear on your credit card statement (note. The refund period may vary depending on the circumstances)

Note:

Refund procedures can be changed according to each case, as we want our policy to be more flexible for the benefit of our customers.
Amounts paid for which there is no evidence of the identity of the payer or unclaimed amounts will not be refunded.
